We drilled deep well upto 120 meter last December because our fountain above the hill dried up. It provided us clean water for many years, whole year without ceasing. It made us to drill deep well. Life bp church helped for it. But the drilled water was not clean but we has no choice to use it after cleaning it by putting sand and charcoal inside water tank. We prayed for clean water but He provided this kind of red, oily one. I believed it was His message that we must be accustomed even to this kind of water because new season has come; the time of trials and difficulty.
In January Dr. Chan came as usual and taught students. So I visited Tibet with missionary Ji Sunil because John had invited us. When I was in hospital, he visited me. It was first meeting with him. He looked for new mission field because mission in China should be closed down. I recommended him to come Sihanoukville. So he surveyed it with his wife in November 2019. After that he invited me to Tibet. He anticipated he would go out of China soon, so hurried to invite me. I also was very interested. Without his guidance, I could not visit there. Even I was not fully recovered from my sickness, pseudomallei, being hospitalized for 40 days last year, even January was coldest month in Tibet, I made decision to go there. John said we could suffer from lack of oxygen at high altitude of mountain, and from coldness of minus 20 degrees. But I hoped to visit there because it was appointed by God. By sending His servants, this trip was on smooth track. From ChengDu we moved to first place. At night I could not sleep, felt much headache. It was serious for me to endure the scarcity of oxygen, so thought I would return to ChengDu while others continue the journey. But next morning I changed my mind, If I fall down, I would fall down. We drove icy roads of snowy mountains , visit local houses, Buddihism university, and saw their traditional burial of body, eaten by many eagles in the air. Our trip was January 7th to 17th.
When we depart China, we heard news of Corona; some patients found in China. After returning to Cambodia, the news of Corona became main topic to whole world, they named it Covid 19.
I have been preaching to many churches that second seal of Revelation was opened in 2001, third one in 2007, fouth one in 2013, fifth one in 2019.
Is it accidental that covid came in 2019?
Is it accidental that I suffered a lot by strange bacteria in 2019 just before Covid 19?
Is it accidental that I traveled this most neglected country in Gospel in January 2020 under most unfavorable circumstances, and experienced two main characteristics of Covid 19; lack of oxygen and burial of heaven, dead body visible in the field (street or river)?
Truly new season has come suddenly with the outbreak of Covid 19, that was not the season of joy & peace; but the times of trouble and agony. The outbreak of Covid 19 convinced me that 5th seal was opened already.
It is the time of new season now. Old way of mission cannot be done anymore.
What shall we do?
No mission team, no open worship service, no gathering of prayer meeting, no visitations of Evangelism, no building churches, no prison ministry, no medical team.
But, Holy Spirit knows how we should work. He is still working more powerfully, effectively than before.
Really it is time of harvest, giving last ray of sunshine for ripening.
