Mission Trip to China in 2007.

반응형

My dream to be a missionary to China was not established. But I hoped to see China after 10 years' ministering in Cambodia. So I went to Beijing alone in April 2007 and met Korean missionaries there. After that I took train to

TaTong, Shanxi. I received one contact there from Peter Xu who visited us in Cambodia two times. He is also one of main character in the book of Heavenly Man. I met a brother in the TaTong railway station and was led to a house,

and slept alone in that house. I felt it was strange to leave foreigner alone . I felt cold in the room whole night. In the morning somebody brought me to house church. I shared my purpose of this visit to the members. It was to train Chinese young believers to be missionaries. I introduced to them KBS in Cambodia and asked to come.
In response to my visit, two ladies, PJ and YF, came to Cambodia by land. They said it took 10 days. I was so

surprised of their bravery. One graduated Univ. and the other high school.
They studied with us for 3 years and returned to China. Later another 3 persons came. Esther, LingLing, ChaiXia.

After that, In June 2011, James,  Xinge, Timothy, Ruth, Mark, Daniel and Peter came to KBS. They stayed at KBS for six months to one year. After studying, some went back to China, and some remained in PhnomPenh. Daniel went back to China 2019 because his mother got sick and he plan to come back. Peter is serving in PhnomPenh until now.
It was profitable that Chinese and Cambodian students are studying together at KBS. Cambodians learned the fervent prayer from Chinese, while Chinese learned endurance from Cambodian bible students. Every nationality of people has his weakness and strength. We learned from each other.

Thanks Lord He opened the way, so we could know other people better.
